Markus Müller (Bass)

Born: Germany

The German bass, Markus Müller, received his early musical training with the , thereafter first singing instruction with Hans Josef Overmann. In 1991 he began physics studies, which he finished in 1997 with the diploma. Parallel to it he studied singing at the Staatlichen Hochschule für Musik Freiburg with Winfried Toll and afterwards with Beate Heuer-Christen. He is prize-winner of the Fördervereins der Musikhochschule Freiburg.

Concert tours have led Markus Müller to France, Italy, the Czech Republic, Austria and Switzerland. In addition he has participated in several broadcast and CD recordings. The emphasis of his concert activity is the Lieder and oratorio.
